I am an ex news journalist and PR professional, turned yoga teacher and vegan chef, based in Swansea, South Wales.

I specialise in vegan recipe development and food photography and am currently head cook at Swansea’s leading Urban Zen Wholefood Cafe. I also cater for specialist events including yoga retreats and small festivals and am an accomplished vegan cookery tutor.

  1. Made the Bristol-Style Bagels in the VEGG Cookbook yesterday. I added sun-dried tomatoes, sunflower seeds, and rosemary. I can already tell by the end of the week my husband and I will be fighting over the last bagel and I’ll just have to make more. Thanks!
